Administrative Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site work in our Cork office.

The successful candidate will provide support to engineering teams based in Cork, as well as the HQ site administration manager. The role involves providing ad-hoc support to other teams, managing room bookings, creating facilities requests, and preparing visa letters and other documents.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to engineering teams based in Cork
  • Manage room bookings events via Outlook calendar
  • Create Facilities requests on Archibus
  • Prepare and process purchasing requisitions for supplies
  • Assist & coordinate PowerPoint presentations for events
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP & Concur Expense Management
