Join to apply for the Senior Growth Manager, UKI & EMEA role at Rippling

About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America/'s best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About The Role
Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale our marketing initiatives in international markets, and that’s where you come in. Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos that convert into closed won deals. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.

In this role, you’ll own our direct-to-demo high-intent motion to drive qualified demos for new logo sales within the UK, and potentially other parts of EMEA. You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, optimizing performance across existing paid social channels like LinkedIn and Meta, and you will run experiments on other channels like email, review sites and more.

This role is highly cross-functional. You’ll partner closely with our engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing operations, and sales teams to help Rippling win. Your initiatives will directly affect the growth trajectory of all Rippling’s international markets, including APAC, which have a material impact on Rippling’s enterprise value.

What You Will Do

Manage a 7-figure annual budget efficiently, hitting or exceeding targets by continuously optimizing channel and campaign allocations on paid social platforms

Develop channel strategy by understanding our products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics. Build experimentation roadmaps grounded in sound hypotheses and test & learn. Scale what works

Create a plan for scaling and testing email and review site channels to expand our audience reach of key personas in finance, HR, and IT across UKI & EMEA

Improve campaign efficiency by concepting more resonant creative / graphics, improving qualification processes and lead gen flow, and testing novel technological innovations

Build and manage relationships with internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales, and more

Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not—from reading replies to writing SQL and hopping into Excel

Proactively share insights and wins across the marketing team. You will find successful campaigns/tactics that Rippling roles out across the entire organization

What You Will Need

3-5+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment

Strong ownership mindset: motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges. You have a growth mindset and readily look for feedback on how to improve.

Cross-functional communicator: you communicate proactively and effectively, marshaling internal resources and external partners to keep operations running smoothly

Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You have an eye for good email & ad copy, and know how to get in the heads of our prospects

Structured, data-driven problem-solving: able to analyze data to uncover insights, in SQL or Excel, to optimize performance towards your goals

Inbox 0 mindset: ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple projects and timelines

Hackiness and creativity: constantly generating new ideas and eager to experiment

Taking initiative: dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions

Bias to speed: we move quickly and expect you to set a similar pace

(Nice to have) German fluency
