Job Title: Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Location: Various Locations Across Ireland

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our clients’ teams in the Elderly Care, Homecare, and Intellectual Disabilities (ID) sectors across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients, individuals with intellectual disabilities, or those requiring homecare support.
- Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor and support clients with their physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Support clients with social and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent (Essential).
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Full, clean driver’s license (Essential, for roles that require travel between clients' homes).
- Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a strong commitment to providing high standards of care.
