Overview We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and proactive individual who loves detail and is seeking a role that is challenging and offers rapid progression. As an Inbound Associate, you will lead the inbound operation of a site with responsibilities relating to all aspects that are required to ensure the site operations run smoothly, including team management and inventory management. The role is shift-based, working 40 hours per week across 5 days. A typical shift lasts 8 hours. Shift start times offered are 5AM & 7:30AM. So if you like the early mornings, and having the whole afternoon off to chill, this role is for you. The Inbound Associate reports to the Strategic Operations Manager. Key performance objectives: Receive incoming stock to achieve 100% accuracy on inbound quantities and putaway to storage locations (stock accuracy). Unload and unpack deliveries (within target SLAs: Freezer 30 mins, chill 45 mins, ambient 2 hours). Escalate all inbound supplier product quality issues to the supply chain team (100% return/credit rate on non-conforming stock). Stock shelves and storage areas (100% completion of system-driven product moves within the warehouse) Perform scheduled inventory counts & fresh checks (100% completion on scheduled cycle counts). Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the stock areas, leaving no items on the aisles. Reporting: 100% completion of daily checklists & tasks Daily and weekly operational reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager to discuss performance improvements About you You know how to hit targets even under pressure. Youve worked in fast-paced environments like Food, Retail, Hospitality, Warehousing, or similar. You've extremely detail focussed. You can take charge and lead shifts on your own with confidence. You're great at staying organised and solving problems on the go. You have a positive attitude and love helping people do their best. You can spot process improvements/enhancements and communicate them to your manager. Youre comfortable using technology and basic computer systems.
