Job Description

The Sr. Advisor will lead the development and implementation of health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies across various compounds in the portfolio.

They will drive sustained integration of HEOR from early clinical development through commercialization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires strong technical expertise in a therapeutic area, as well as exceptional business acumen and leadership skills.

The Sr. Advisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HEOR strategies, driving patient-focused outcomes and real-world evidence initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing HEOR strategies for compounds in the relevant therapeutic area(s)
  • Formulating and driving patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, and economic value strategies for priority products and geographies
  • Leading study development and execution, applying technical expertise to influence and support evidence needs for Lilly products
  • Linking technical expertise with business acumen to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external decision-makers
  • Effectively communicating HO information to internal business partners, the scientific community, and customers
