Senior Healthcare Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Healthcare Manager to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and care staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee staff induction, training, and professional development to ensure ongoing competency and compliance with best practices.
  • Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and industry guidelines.
  • Clinical Care & Compliance: Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for all residents, promoting their well-being, dignity, and independence.
  • Recruitment & Staff Development: Participate in the selection, interviewing, and hiring of nursing and care staff.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or relevant field (Essential)
  • Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI) with an active PIN (Essential)
  • Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent (Essential)
