Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of mechanical contractors, ensuring that they complete their contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Closely monitor the day-to-day site activities of the Contractors to ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with Construction Superintendent and material Controller to coordinate logistics and supplies.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time, including progress reports, SORs, SPA audits, and punch-list management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the management of large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
