We are seeking an experienced Horticulturist/Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plant care and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit scheduled client accounts regularly, paying special attention to high-maintenance and large accounts
  • Maintain the highest level of Universal Floral quality standards, ensuring effective maintenance while minimizing plant replacements
  • Keep accurate and timely records of all plant maintenance activities, including plant feeding and inventory
  • Water plants to the appropriate level to ensure optimal health and growth
  • Ensure plants are clean and free from dust
  • Remove discolored leaves and prune plants as necessary
  • Notify management of damaged pots and plants
  • Keep up-to-date client inventories and provide timely notifications of any issues
  • Perform routine checks on vehicles, tools, and machinery to ensure they are in good working order
  • Remove waste and debris from planters and sites
  • Treat pest issues in accordance with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding access issues or other concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Horticulture skills and knowledge
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
