Key Engineering Roles

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our global team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects in the areas of process automation, digitalization innovation, new product/process implementation and circular economy/sustainability focused digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on engineering support to operations, maintaining production uptime
  • Support new product and process implementation
  • Work jointly with test engineering in the development of test automation solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments on digitalization projects, aligning systems with physical processes
  • Connect business development and customer service on customer onboarding projects
  • Develop and implement quality standards/control systems
  • Write well-structured work instructions and training material
  • Participate in product and process qualification plus user acceptance testing
  • Identify opportunities for process/system enhancements and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Run production time studies, develop metrics and corresponding KPIs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 12 months + NPI and manufacturing support or relevant experience
  • Comfortable on IT systems, ERP, CRM, QMS etc desirable
  • Working knowledge of Nav Dynamics 2017 an advantage
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-versed in technology, IT systems and equipment
  • Willingness to travel
