Job Title: Process Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Specialist to assume responsibility for independently determining and developing approaches to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. As key team members, you will leverage the latest engineering techniques to reduce product time to market while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, project deadlines, and product costs.

Your primary areas of focus include providing technical support for new product and process introductions, ensuring quality control of processes and products, selecting components and equipment, leading/supporting capital acquisition activities, analyzing equipment, conducting experimental tests, and participating in process review meetings.

You will also be responsible for generating PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP documentation associated with product transfers and launches, completing capability studies for in-process inspection, conducting MSA studies for new products and processes, providing training for manufacturing team members, and ensuring adherence to GMP and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline with 4 or more years' experience. A proven track record of working in a team-based environment, excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, analytical skills, and good knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product, and process design are also required.
