About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, testing, and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess commercial quality and testing requirements for new products.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, business).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, testing, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
