Revenue Manager Position

We seek a seasoned Revenue Manager to spearhead revenue and sales initiatives across multiple hotels, ensuring we surpass industry standards in Mind Share, Market Share, and Channel Share.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in revenue management, with a deep understanding of systems and hotel operations. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to drive revenue growth.

This role involves chairing weekly revenue meetings, collaborating with General Managers and sales teams on high-level strategy decisions, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for forecasting revenue, monitoring competitors' products and practices, and overseeing channel management.

Responsibilities:
  • Embed revenue management philosophy into all aspects of revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Chair weekly revenue meeting to collaborate on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategy
  • Support additional hotels within assigned region with revenue/sales/marketing processes
  • Collaborate with General Manager and sales teams on high-level strategy decisions
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee channel management, including rate loading and inventory management
  • Responsible for continued usage and maintenance of the revenue management system
