Senior Construction Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, preparing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and staff. Regular progress reports will be submitted to clients and management, and review meetings will be attended with clients' representatives. To be successful in this position, candidates must be computer literate, well-organized, enthusiastic, and amiable.
Experience in the Commercial Fitout Sector is desirable. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field.
The position will be primarily based in Dublin, with occasional nationwide travel required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Preparation of project timelines
- Staff and material procurement
- Progress reporting
- Review meetings with clients
Requirements:
Ambitious and driven individual with 5+ years experience in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and monitor staff and sub-contractors. Computer literacy and organisational skills are essential.
