Contract Manager Construction Projects Location: Dublin, Ireland Industry: Building & Civil Construction Type: Full-Time | Permanent Our client, a top Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across Dublin.
This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering high-quality builds while managing commercial performance, client relationships, and project teams.
Responsibilities Lead contract administration and commercial strategy across assigned projects Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Monitor budgets, variations, and cost control measures Support project managers with risk management and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction sector Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and contract law Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as a Contract Manager, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
