Job Description:

As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing contract management activities for construction and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include working directly with clients to create innovative insights and solutions, collaborating with project teams to develop contract management plans, leading the contract formation process, and monitoring compliance with contract terms.

You will also be responsible for managing contract changes, variations, and claims, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, tracking contract performance, and facilitating resolution of contract disputes. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other external partners, and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.

Internal Responsibilities include assisting in client account management activities, building valued relationships with clients and colleagues, providing a supporting role in presentations and proposals, communicating effectively with senior management, and contributing to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training activities.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field
  • Suitable experience in construction contract management and/or administration
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in consulting or similar client-facing role
  • Multidisciplinary experience including project management, contract management, and procurement
  • In-depth understanding of contract management principles and practices
