Construction Contracts Manager

You will take responsibility for multiple projects or one major development site, depending on your background and preferences. Key Responsibilities- Manage one or more residential construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Oversee site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards.
- Liaise with design, commercial, and development teams to ensure alignment across the board.
- Monitor project budgets, scheduling, and delivery progress across sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants.
- 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Developer, main contractor, or mixed background acceptable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Mid-Senior level
