Contracts Manager - Construction Contractor - DublinOffice/Project Location: DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office & Site Based LeinsterPay: €90-€110K Negotiable depending on experienceExperience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland .They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.They are seeking Contracts Managers to take overall responsibility for delivery of assigned projects based in DublinThey focus on the timely delivery of construction contracts with an emphasis on quality, safety and budget control.They will be responsible for projects from tender stage through to construction and handoverBe the point of contact for the client, responsible for engaging with the client in conjunction with our commercial manager for on site commercial decisions.Provide leadership to the project construction team to ensure works are carried out to the required quality, Health & Safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with the Planning Permission.Preparation of Project Execution Plan including Contracting Strategy, Programme, Budget and risks mitigation plan.Responsible for managing the daily operation of sites and must be capable of managing a large construction team.Have the ability to communicate effectively with both client and design team.RequirementsDegree in Engineering/Construction related discipline5+ years of experience in a similar role on large scale buildings / civils projectsProven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projectsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsPackageSalary €90k - €110K and negotiable dependent on experience
