Food & Beverage Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Service Director to join our team in a 4-star hotel setting.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, upholding high standards within the property, and ensuring seamless service delivery across various hotel departments.
- This role requires strong organisational skills, exceptional guest service, and technical ability during busy hotel operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in 4-star hotel operations, preferably with experience in Food & Beverage management or as an Assistant Manager in a busy hotel department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Operate on a shift basis, covering various patterns, including early mornings and late nights, and ensure that all services run smoothly and efficiently.
The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.
