We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical services and manufacturing science teams. As Associate Director, you'll oversee the activities of TSMS personnel, ensuring the oversight of externally manufactured small molecules is seamless.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong background in technical leadership, project management, and quality assurance. They'll be responsible for coaching a technical staff, prioritizing tasks, and implementing technical projects.

  • Ensure technical review and approval for documents, including investigations, change controls, regulatory submissions, expert opinions, validations, annual product reviews, and more.
  • Performance manage and develop technical staff to achieve excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and GMP quality plans forward.
  • Interact with suppliers, regulators, customers, or other stakeholders on business issues or during audits.

This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term business goals. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to influence and motivate diverse groups.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in scientific disciplines such as chemistry, pharmacy, or engineering.
    • At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in TSMS, production, quality assurance, or quality control.
