Lead Construction Projects from Start to Finish

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and track progress to meet deadlines and budgets, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with site managers and subcontractors to achieve project goals, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Solve complex problems and maintain project momentum, using a hands-on approach and focusing on results.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and contractors, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Hands-on approach, with a focus on results and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
