Comprehensive Bid Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Content Specialist to develop compliant and comprehensive bid submissions that align with our business strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality bid content that showcases our expertise and capabilities. This includes:

  1. Developing compelling proposals that meet client requirements
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop effective bid strategies
  3. Conducting thorough research to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly
  4. Reviewing and enhancing bid content for clarity, consistency, and compliance

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Maintain a repository of bid-related documents and templates for future use
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the bid management function
  • Engage with various support functions of the bid process from estimation, pre-construction, and design

The ideal candidate will have a third-level degree in a construction-related course and proven experience in bid writing and coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
