Job Title: Reservations Agent

Overview: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard. This includes providing detailed information about hotel facilities and pricing, as well as upselling other areas of the hotel or other properties in our group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guests' reservations
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in our group

Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in a 3/4-star hotel environment (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
