We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Kilkenny, Ireland as an Accommodation Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Responsibilities include assisting with timely cleaning and turning over of guest rooms, replenishing toiletries and towels, and performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Welcome guests for check-in and check-out, and occasionally serve duties as required.
- Ensure safety and compliance, and report any issues or concerns to the House Manager.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (desired but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and bending.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
