Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on electrical projects and contribute to the success of our company.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring maximum commercial benefit for the company, from tender stage through to final accounts. Key duties include budgeting, reporting, developing BOQ's, profit plans, managing subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working on electrical projects, and knowledge in Contract law. Additionally, they should possess high attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks without direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying
  • At least 5 years of experience working on electrical projects
  • Knowledge in Contract law
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • High attention to detail
