Job Title: VP Technical Asset Management

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of technical asset management principles and best practices. With a strong background in aircraft leasing, you will be responsible for providing expert oversight to ensure the technical integrity and compliance of all on-lease assets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the technical accuracy and integrity of all portfolio assets in collaboration with the Asset Management Team.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams, including Transaction Structuring, Origination, Risk, and Customer Management, to support technical aspects of on-lease aircraft.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with lessee technical departments.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in trading activity, including due diligence management and aircraft specification reviews.
  • Oversee the on-lease inspection program to ensure compliance and technical accuracy.
  • Navigate complex external relationships while maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers and customers.
  • Lead lease reviews as required to support asset management functions.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within an aircraft leasing company or similar industry.
  • An engineering honors degree or EASA/FAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aircraft leasing, MRO, OEM, or airline engineering.
