**Job Details:**

Avolon is seeking an experienced professional to join our Asset Management team as a Vice President – Technical. This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of all assets leased by Avolon, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance and oversight for all portfolio assets to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to support technical activities associated with on-lease aircraft.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with lessee technical departments to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Conduct lease reviews and perform due diligence query management and specification reviews.
  5. Coordinate external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to meet business needs.
  6. Perform analytical tasks to support business decision-making and develop processes to improve efficiency.


Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in aviation or engineering, with a minimum of five years of experience in a technical function. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distil complex messages into key takeaways. A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment is essential.
