This role involves teaching students about trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) at City Colleges. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for their subject and be able to instil and encourage the same in students.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach classes either online or in-person for 10 weeks, with each class lasting three hours, held one evening a week from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
- Potential for on-demand teaching by recording classes to create 25 hours of content.
- A minimum postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or Psychotherapy.
- Relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Presentation, IT, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A proactive approach to supporting and developing others with an interest in learner employability, activation, and progression.
- Previous experience delivering training is advantageous.
