Customer Experience Lead

As a key player in our Dublin location, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This involves ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, leading the front office team, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Lead by example and support junior team members
- Schedule planning, daily task allocation, and operational coordination
- Mentor and onboard new or junior front office team members
You will also contribute to sales performance through upselling and cross-selling, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and help improve front office Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements- Prior experience in front office or customer service roles, preferably in mobility, hospitality, or tourism
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and take initiative
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English, with other languages an asset
- Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
