Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Social Care Leader to provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people in our Cork-based residential service.
- The successful candidate will possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in Ireland and have experience working in services where TCI is used.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons is preferred.
