Project Director

We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee large-scale new build projects from conception to completion.

This role involves managing complex construction programmes, determining and organising staff resource, ensuring project costs are managed, and maintaining strong relationships with client teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead new build projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage complex construction programmes, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager position.
  • Strong experience working with site and construction-based teams.
  • Able to think creatively and ensure projects are completed within timescales.
  • Familiarity with Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, or similar industries is ideal.
