Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Dublin centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed construction programmes in conjunction with the Planning Department
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements and relevant Health and Safety standards
  • Manage contractual issues effectively to minimize risk to the company
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and design teams
  • Attend regular meetings and provide monthly project reports
  • Collaborate with the Project QS to appoint subcontractors as required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or Construction-related discipline
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience on large-scale buildings and civils projects
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager running large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
