Job Overview:

Senior Project Engineers are highly skilled professionals who lead engineering activities across pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects. They play a key leadership role, focusing on quality, design coordination, and client engagement.

This position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering activities for pharma/industrial construction projects
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with building control regulations
  • Coordinate design elements and contribute to fit-out planning and execution
  • Liaise directly with clients to manage expectations and resolve technical issues
  • Support project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Engineer in pharma or industrial builds
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, design coordination, and BCAR regulations
  • Experience with fit-out packages and client-facing responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
