Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the execution of large scale construction projects, focusing on base-build and fit-out in various sectors such as commercial offices, residential, social housing, and retail.

This role requires a strong leader who can establish project plans, coordinate budgets with team inputs for client approval, act as Employer's Agent, and develop effective communication between teams.

  • Responsibilities include supervising projects to ensure successful execution, establishing project plans, overseeing consultant procurement and deployment within public and private sector frameworks, and protecting client interests under various procurement strategies.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A degree or higher in project management, construction management, civil or structural engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture
  • Membership of the Association of Project Management or similar
  • 5-10 years post qualification experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • An ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
