  • Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive consistency and achieve shared business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • 2+ years of banking/financial services experience is beneficial
  • A proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Able to develop and execute strategies to increase value through selling additional services and retain customers.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset
