Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of moulding and assembly processes, maintaining equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard compliance with safety and regulatory standards in production environments.
  • Develop expertise in routine maintenance procedures for machinery and equipment.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems on injection moulding machines and automated/semi-automated assembly equipment.
  • Design and fabricate mechanical and electrical components for repair and upgrade purposes.
  • Provide expert assistance to operations teams to meet production targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-precision manufacturing industries.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Mold Tooling, Electrical, and Automation.
  • Excellent computer skills including operating computer-interfaced equipment and ERP systems.
