The Clinical Lead in Occupational Health is a pivotal role within an organization, dedicated to delivering high-quality occupational health services. This position operates on a full-time and permanent basis, supporting the provision of excellent occupational health services to client companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Occupational health assessments are conducted consistently with international best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Programs for immunization and health surveillance, as well as assessments and advice on workplace hazards and risks, are overseen.
  • Support is provided to the Clinical Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in reviewing and developing occupational health service delivery.
  • Participation in audit, research, and teaching of clinical staff is expected.
Requirements
  • A Specialist Registration in Occupational Medicine with the Irish Medical Council or eligibility within six months must be held.
  • Extensive professional experience in Occupational Medicine and Health is required.
  • Experience in developing and delivering quality improvement programs is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to command respect from all professions, are necessary.
