Job Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Leader to oversee the execution of our projects in Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct construction activities on site and ensure high-quality work delivery.
  • Manage and motivate site teams, ensuring adherence to established processes.
  • Coordinate site staff and sub-contractors, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Interface between our organization and clients, guaranteeing end products meet expectations.
  • Report to the Contracts Manager and oversee Health & Safety and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial conservation construction.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and hard working.
  • Strong team building skills, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
