Site Development Director

This is a great chance to lead a high-profile hotel project in Dublin, utilizing your expertise and experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work is done safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and report to senior management.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Evaluate quality control to ensure all work meets specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, design teams, and consultants as required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in commercial or hotel developments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently.
- Familiarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
- A relevant construction qualification and up-to-date safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CIF, Safe Pass, etc.).
