Spa Manager Role:

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic spa environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and be qualified as a therapist with knowledge of massage, facials, and nail treatments.

Proficiency in VOYA and Yonka product ranges, HotSoft and Phorest systems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are also required.

The successful candidate will be passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, budgets, and stock control.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer care at all times.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to promote synergy.
  • Drive retail and treatment sales, meeting targets.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using spa software systems.

About You:

  • You will be a qualified and experienced therapist with supervisory experience in a 4-star spa environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of VOYA and Yonka product ranges, HotSoft and Phorest systems is necessary.
  • Proven sales and retail performance is required.
  • You will demonstrate a passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest service.
