**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing global Services Renewals data to uncover trends, forecast performance, and support revenue optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to deliver insights that improve forecasting accuracy and operational execution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Proven experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build predictive models to assess customer behavior, renewal likelihood, and churn risk.
