This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join our global Services organization as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and driven data analyst who can transform complex datasets into strategic insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across our worldwide team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets from diverse repositories.
  • They will proactively identify data gaps, propose and implement solutions, and synthesize improved data with industry knowledge to deliver high-impact recommendations to business leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, with the ability to build scalable, user-friendly dashboards.
  • Proven experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and apply predictive models to assess customer behavior, renewal likelihood, and churn risk, using statistical or machine learning techniques.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations, combining analytical rigor with business acumen and industry context.
