We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our community branch in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of high performance, positive engagement, and recognition within the team.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate their team members to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership among team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize digital capabilities and drive quality customer engagements
  • Leverage relationships with key stakeholders, KBI's, and community groups to advocate for the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to deliver on multiple business objectives and manage a growth agenda
