Our Community Branch in Millstreet is seeking a dynamic leader to drive a people-focused culture and become the face of Allied Irish Bank (AIB) in the community. As Branch Manager, you will generate new opportunities and build strong relationships with local businesses and individuals.

Job Description
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Develop and motivate team members to promote a high-performance culture, positive engagement, recognition, feedback, and teamwork.

You will be responsible for maximizing digital capabilities and other key enablers within the branch to support quality customer engagements.

In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders, KBI's, and community groups in the branch and its wider environs, advocating for AIB and leveraging the full capabilities of AIB's suite of supports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accredited with at least 2 APA's, including APA Loans, progressing to full QFA.
