Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our community branch in Cork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and maximizing the use of digital intelligence and direct enablement to create capacity for customer engagements.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally is essential.

In addition, the Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve branch goals and promote a culture of high performance, positive engagement, recognition, feedback, and teamwork.
  • Leading and managing a team responsible for meeting key sales targets, People Management metrics, Risk Management metrics, and customer experience scores.
  • Maximizing the use of digital capabilities and other key enablers within the branch to support quality customer engagements.
  • Demonstrating leadership by defining clear accountabilities, objectives, and personal development initiatives for all team members to support branch and local market objectives.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to shape the future of banking in their community, drive innovation, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.
