Deal Operations Senior Analyst

As a key player in our Deal Desk, you will be responsible for driving the execution of complex and non-standard deals across EMEA & APAC. This role demands a unique blend of commercial acumen, process expertise, and stakeholder influence to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deal completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate complex deals, ensuring compliance with company policies, profitability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead deal structuring, bringing together stakeholders to drive alignment and expedite approval processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing expert guidance on commercial terms, pricing, and approvals.
  • Streamline and automate deal approvals, thresholds, routing, and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Maintain a hierarchy of special terms, tips, and workarounds to support faster deal execution without compromising compliance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating financial and operational impacts of deal structures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing, with a proven track record in structuring complex deals.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex commercial scenarios for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple deals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
