Job Title: Deal Operations Expert

Secure complex and non-standard deals with strategic expertise.

Drive commercial integrity and profitability while adhering to governance and compliance rules.

Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate deal completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure complex deals to ensure compliance, profitability, and alignment with company policies.
  • Lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, ensuring offers are executable by Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for sales teams on commercial terms, pricing, and approvals.
  • Drive deals forward by bringing together all designated stakeholders and gaining buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing with proven success in structuring complex deals.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and risk management.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce or similar CRM/CPQ tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex commercial scenarios for diverse audiences.
