Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  1. Support forecasting processes and advise the sales force on commercial sales transactions aligned to several EMEA regions and territories.
  2. Attend regional forecast calls and ensure forecast accuracy.
  3. Analyze and review current customer licensing, products, and usage to ensure license compliance.
  4. Ensure the commercial proposal aligns with internal policies.
  5. Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Ensure all approvals are correctly documented per internal policies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Deal Desk, Finance, Legal).
  8. Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow CRM.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  1. Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
  2. 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations within a software sales organization.
  3. Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM system.
  5. Understanding of the sales cycle.
  6. Excellent listening, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
  8. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  10. Results-driven approach.
