Commercial Deal Facilitator

As a trusted business partner to the sales organization, you will analyze and structure deals to ensure they are commercially sound, compliant with governance policies, profitable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will lead deal structuring across all relevant functions, driving deals to completion while maintaining commercial integrity, operational rigor, and stakeholder buy-in.

  1. Lead complex and non-standard deals through analysis and facilitation to ensure compliance, profitability, and alignment with company policies.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive offers that are executable by Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  3. Act as the first point of escalation for sales teams on commercial terms, pricing, and approvals.
  4. Drive forward deal execution by bringing together all designated stakeholders and gaining consensus.
  5. Ensure commercial integrity of all deals, maintaining profitability while adhering to governance rules and approval processes.
