Key role in driving company transformation into digitally enabled organization

  • Pilot and oversee digital solutions leveraging Agile delivery, Engineering Excellence, and AI to transform IT teams in cohorts of Pods and Squads.

Focused on developing multi-year vision for portfolio of applications including point-of-view on future role of technology, application disposition, build versus buy, and modernisation approach.

  • Partner with business Product Owners to ensure product backlogs prioritise information security requirements and technical debt reduction.

We seek an experienced Agile Portfolio Delivery Expert with proven track record of managing technology strategy for multiple products, excellent stakeholder management, and coordination skills for AI initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, DevOps practices, security, and operational run required.
  • Insurance domain experience preferred.

Balance CTB and RTB spend across the portfolio planning around application lifecycle including steady-state maintenance only mode.

  • A broad technical understanding to support Agile credentials from software architecture through test, DevOps practices, security, and operational run required.

Responsibilities include developing a multi-year vision for their portfolio of applications, managing the portfolio budget, and balancing CTB and RTB spend across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be accountable for a portfolio of technology products, overseeing projects, resources, and budgets, with direct line management responsibility for Business Analysts and technical product SMEs.
