Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct production checks in accordance with company HACCP and SOPs to guarantee the highest level of quality and food safety.
  • Complete daily production record keeping to ensure accuracy and transparency, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Audit facilities, including GMP and Traceability audits, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Food or Science degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety principles, with a commitment to adhering to industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software packages.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities.
